Dear UHSK-members,

With this message I would like to invite you to the General Assembly on Tuesday, April 12th. This will take place from 18:30 until 21:30 at the Sweelinckzaal (Drift 21, Utrecht). You will find the agenda, information on voting and authorisations and the relevant documents below.

In the case of points 7), 8), 9), 11), 12) and 14) a majority vote is required.
 

Written authorisations can be handed to the Secretary until the start of the vote. Authorisations should contain the following:

  • The grantor’s first name and surname.
  • The proxy’s first name and surname.
  • The General Assembly for which authorisation is being granted.
  • The agenda items for which authorisation is being granted.
  • Date of authorisation and signature of the grantor.

The following documents will be discussed:
Minutes of the General Assembly on the 12th of April 2022, Change in Standing Rules article 27, Plan of Approach Statutes Committee, Description society 'In Praise of Folly', Motion 'Film Committee', Motion 'English General Assembly', Policy Plan 97th Candidate Board, Budget Plan 97th Candidate Board.

All of the documents can also be found on the website.

Any member can submit motions and/or amendments. Motions and amendments must be submitted in writing to the secretary five working days before the start of the General Assembly.

After the General Assembly, the Board would like to invite all attendees for a drink at Café de Beuntjes.
