Dear UHSK-members, 
De Excom has organised a nice trip to the beautiful Luxembourg city. In the grand duchy we will be enjoying the culture and the nightlife which the city has to offer. The trip is from the 25th of november till the 27th of november for the decent price of €90,-. We will depart at around 2pm from Utrecht. You can sign-up for this trip next monday the 7th at 10am at the UHSK-room.
BE ON TIME! So be there before 10.00, because after 10am you will automatically be at the back of the waiting list. You do not have to be registered already, but you do have to stand in line at 10am. Once you are in the room you can register with one of the excom members. We have separate laptops for freshmen and seniors, this will be told when you are in the room. When there are more sign ups then places, we have to draw lots.
PLEASE NOTE: if you are unable to make it to the registration, you must send someone to register you. This person may not register themselves, otherwise you will automatically be added to the waiting list. The person you choose does not have to be a member of the UHSK. For example, it can be your roommate, friends or a parent.
