Job Opening Festival Werkgroep
At the end of the centennial year of the UHSK, a festival will be held in order to end the year festively. To organize this, we need you! A working group will be formed from the Activity Committee, Party Committee and Music Committee, but we would also like to involve members outside of these committees. The working group actually functions as a committee, but will be called a working group because of its one-year existence, after which it will be disbanded.
Preparations will not continue until September, so when you sign up, it does not mean you have to be available during the summer vacation. After the summer, meetings will be held approximately every week.
The Events Commissioner of the Centennium Committee will chair the working group and the Treasurer 2 from the committee, will become Treasurer in the working group. So there will be cooperation with the Centennium Committee and also with the board, but the working group also has some autonomy.
When applying for the Festival Working Group, experience in organizing large events is a plus, but certainly not a requirement.For the application we would like to receive a motivation letter of maximum one A4, in which you introduce yourself and elaborate a bit on your vision for the festival. What would you like to organize? Do you have any special ideas about things that should really be there? We would love to hear about it in your letter, which can be turned in by May 30, 11:59 p.m. at centenniumcommissie@uhsk.nl
